a former tech executive turned specialist in human and organizational transformation. After 17 years at some of the world’s leading companies (Uber, Meta, Discord, CAA), I’m now focused on doing what I do best: helping individuals & teams unlock their core magic in times of change.
COACHING
As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a graduate of the Co-Active Training Institute, my coaching work is with senior leaders at pivotal inflection points.
This work focuses on surfacing and releasing the internal constraints that emerge as responsibility and stakes rise — creating more room for clear judgment and deliberate choice.
ADVISING
In addition to coaching, I work with founder-led companies navigating growth.
This often begins with the fundamentals — hiring the right people, defining roles, and building structures that support focus and trust — and extends into system-level work on communication, decision-making, and reward signals embedded in the organization.
Together, we’ll design sustainable systems that make culture and performance self-reinforcing while retaining the company’s soul.
